Joy Kids New Family Registration

Welcome to Joy Kids! We are so glad you are here!

First Time Visitors: Ready to check your kids into Joy Kids classes? Simply fill this form out for you and your kids and then head to one of our iPad kiosks when you arrive in our Joy Kids lobby. At the kiosk, enter your phone number and your child's name tags will print out!

The 4 digit code you'll see on your child's tag is their unique code for that particular event.  Also, be sure to hang on to your Parent Pick Up Tag---that is the sticker with only the code.  You'll need to show it to your child's teacher at pick up! Should you be needed, one of our Dream Teamer’s will text the main contact phone number provided.
